Important information regarding the United States and Canada:

Due to ongoing challenges with customs processes, we have temporarily paused all shipments to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on a solution and hope to resume deliveries to these regions as soon as possible.

Can I check the order status or track delivery?

You can check the status of your order on our website after placing it. Once your order has left our warehouse, an email is sent confirming that the goods are on their way. If the carrier offers a tracking service, this email will include a unique tracking number so you can follow your order. It may take up to 12 hours before tracking becomes available.
