We operate the website www.shopsportswears.com and all related subpages (the “Web shop”). By placing an order on our Web shop, you must first accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

When placing an order in our Web shop, you are required to accept our Terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy of the Terms applicable to your purchase. We reserve the right to amend these Terms, and any updates will apply to your future purchases.

If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to order via our Web shop. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory rights that cannot be limited under local laws.

Orders
Orders are only accepted via our Web shop. Telephone, e-mail, or written orders cannot be processed.

To place an order, you need to provide a shipping address and other necessary information. Orders are confirmed only after clicking “Send Order” at checkout. You will receive an acknowledgment e-mail after placing an order, which includes a link to these Terms. This acknowledgment does not mean your order is accepted. Acceptance occurs when we send the “Delivery Confirmation” e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse orders if products are out of stock, specifications change, technical issues occur, or in case of typographical errors. Orders may also be refused if product information is incomplete or if fraud is suspected.

Transport Damage
Check packaging upon receipt. Any visible damage should be reported to the shipping company immediately and a notification sent to our customer service. Include pictures and order reference when reporting damage.

Unclaimed Packages
Packages must be collected within the specified timeframe. Failure to retrieve packages may incur additional fees.

Delivery Estimations
Delivery times on the website are estimates and not guaranteed.

Payment Methods and Prices
See available payment methods at Payments. Prices include VAT and may change due to currency fluctuations, changes in commodity prices, or updated taxes. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

Withdrawals and Returns

Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving returned products.

Depreciation due to excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may result in a deduction from the refund amount. Swimwear must be returned unused with tags, labels, and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
