Return Policy
If you regret your purchase, goods may be returned within 30 days via a simple return process powered by Reclaimit. A return shipping fee of USD 12.90 applies. Once the returned items are received and inspected, the refunded amount will be reduced by the return shipping cost.
Returned items must be in their original condition, in the original packaging, and with all labels attached. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted. Swimwear can be returned only if all tags, labels, and protective plastics are intact, and the product remains unused in its original packaging. Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The 30-day return period begins on the day your shipment is received (or, if delivered to a service point, on the day of collection).

Refunds
After your return is registered with us, you will receive a notification via email. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the package, via the same payment method used in the original transaction. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Claims
For defective items or incorrect deliveries, use the claim process on our website. Provide your order number, the action you desire, and a photo of the item in question. If a claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If items were purchased through a retailer, please reach out to that retailer directly and provide proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges (no return or re-shipping charges). To initiate an exchange, please use the exchange form on our site.
If your purchase was made during a promotion, you may still exchange the size. For color exchanges, please use the claim or exchange process on our site.
